We have used Swift plumber Westminster multiple times over the past few years, most often for maintenance our air conditioning units, but also for clogs and other drainage issues. In each case, they were able to resolve the issues quickly for a fair price. But my favorite thing about Swift plumber Westminster is their overall customer service and communication - they send email or text reminders, including photos and information about the technician who will be coming to your home, so you know who to expect and when. They also follow up after repairs to confirm that everything continues to work as expected. I have also found them to be thoughtful and safe during recent work we needed to have done.

I had a really fabulous experience with Ben after two other plumbers had been unable to fix the issue. I thoroughly recommend him and would not hesitate to use his services again. And he went above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Great value too. Excellent!

Had a boiler issue over the weekend. Asked the receptionist how much is the hourly rate and she said plumber will confirm. The call out chart is £69 never mentioned it does not come with Vat, ending to have to pay £83. The hourly rate is £259, take note the plumber will say anything just to say you need to fix something even if there was nothing to fix. You will really get scammed if you don't know anything that has been done in your boiler. The plumber does not know anything, you should stick with the plumber who knows your boiler. Not the best experience and should avoid in the future.
